The Kansas City area is booming when it comes to technology. I have noticed some pretty cool websites since we moved here. However, I can see a need for small business and non-profit web design in and around Lenexa, Kansas in Johnson County. Our move from Wisconsin means that folks in Lenexa have access to an experienced, successful web designer who is looking for some new work in a new town.
Lenexa might be big enough to support a small web design firm all on its own, but that doesn't mean I can't venture out to Shawnee or Overland Park. In fact, most of my websites are built remotely, meaning I never have to meet with clients. That said, it is nice to sit down and talk before I build a website, so if you're in Mission, Merriam, Leawood, Prairie Village, Roeland Park, or even Blue Valley (which isn't on the map but seems to exist), then I can be your web guy. Hey, I even like meeting people from Missouri, too.
While I can build your small business website, I have also worked with multi-million dollar companies, churches, and schools. I can handle a large company website from a client in KCMO or a small mom-and-pop shop from Craig, KS. I have been in contact with a church from Olathe, and I'm just across the border from Lee's Summit.
I provide a modern, mobile-friendly website for a fraction of the cost of those downtown web design boutiques. It will take you 10 hours to learn how to use Weebly or WordPress to design your own site, and it more than likely will still look like you designed it. Let me handle it for you for less than $1000. In fact, I start around $500 and $100 a year for hosting. My goal is to design the best website in each client's niche market, whether it's for fishing lure sales or a financial firm.
My main business is called Passive Ninja, but I also advertise as Luthernet and Brave New Church. If you want to build the website yourself or hire someone else, take a look at my book that provides advice on the process for churches.
I can also provide consulting, including in the use of Google. I taught for twelve years, and I stopped printing and making copies even before Google Classroom existed.
My local number is nine-one-three 717-5588. I live in Lenexa now, and I want to help you with your next website.
If you're not sure whether you need a new website, check out Google's mobile-friendly tool. If your website fails any part of the test, call me or another qualified freelance web designer in Northeastern Kansas.
